New work done on the 146.685 ^ 444.200 tower and antenna

We now have both antennas hard lime connected directly to each antenna.  The hard line has been securely tied to the tower.  All the old hard line that belonged to someone else is now down and not a threat to our antennas or hard line.  We do have a 4' jumper at the repeater end of the top antenna hard line.  The bottom antenna's hard reached without an additional jumper.  Both hard lines are grounded to the tower.  All of our equipment in the building is grounded.  So hopefully things will go just fine until we get our cavities to install on the 146.685.
